As a consultant from the CTE Technical Assistance Center of New York, Jim Miles will facilitated a workshop using the Rigor/Relevance Framework as a tool to actively engage all students in lessons that require them to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate new learning to solve real world problems and issues.  These strategies lead directly to students preparing for the "Next Generation Assessments" with the new Common Core State Standards.
