Overview:
Kent Transition Center Grand Rapids, MI Exciting learning experiences help students explore careers, learn employability skills and aim at the transition from high school to the work world. The extensive process in our Discovery Center helps students identify their interests and abilities, and choose the best program for them. At Kent Transition Center, students select it, learn it, do it!
